For one of our clients, an international company in the industrial sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Sustainable Development Specialist (ESG)
Warsaw (hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and developing ESG strategies in accordance with corporate requirements and local regulations
- Monitoring the company's compliance with environmental, social responsibility, and corporate governance regulations and standards
- Preparing non-financial reports in accordance with CSRD / ESRS / GRI
- Coordinating CSR activities and environmental initiatives in cooperation with other departments
- Collecting and analyzing environmental, social, and corporate governance data
- Cooperating with the purchasing, HR, compliance, and operations departments on the integration of ESG principles
- Preparing materials for audits and liaising with external stakeholders (auditors, partners, industry organizations)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ESG reporting guidelines and standards (e.g., GRI, ESRS, TCFD)
- Very good command of English
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Project management and interdepartmental cooperation skills
- Initiative, independence, and action-oriented approach
- Higher education, preferred fields of study: economics, finance, law, or environmental protection
