Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Electronics
Location: Warsaw | Work Model: hybrid (min. 2 days from office weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the trade marketing strategy for the company’s product portfolio across retail and online channels

Collaborate closely with the sales team to co-create promotional plans and drive product visibility

Design and deliver B2B and B2C marketing tools to boost product rotation and support the customer journey

Analyze campaign performance and market data to optimize ongoing initiatives

Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, suppliers and creative agencies

Plan and oversee in-store activations, digital promotions and branded experiences

Coordinate presence at industry events and identify new marketing opportunities

Lead and inspire a small team, set clear goals and foster engagement and accountability
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the consumer electronics industry)

Higher education (preferably Marketing, Business, or related field)

Strong understanding of trade marketing tools and channel dynamics

Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
