Key Account Manager (Pharma)

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company with an extensive portfolio of OTC and RX drugs, we are looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for cooperation with key business partners in the pharmacy and wholesale channel.


Location: Mazovia and Łódź provinces


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the sales strategy in the assigned region in the pharmacy and wholesale channels.
  • Cooperating with pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and key B2B partners.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and implementing central agreements.
  • Analyzing sales results and market trends, recommending actions to increase market share.
  • Working closely with the marketing, trade marketing, and field force departments to achieve common goals.
  • Monitoring the competition and reporting on market activities.

 


Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy and wholesale market in Poland.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers on the chain and wholesaler side.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Independence in action and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of English.
