For our client, an international pharmaceutical company with an extensive portfolio of OTC and RX drugs, we are looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for cooperation with key business partners in the pharmacy and wholesale channel.
Location: Mazovia and Łódź provinces
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the sales strategy in the assigned region in the pharmacy and wholesale channels.
- Cooperating with pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and key B2B partners.
- Negotiating commercial terms and implementing central agreements.
- Analyzing sales results and market trends, recommending actions to increase market share.
- Working closely with the marketing, trade marketing, and field force departments to achieve common goals.
- Monitoring the competition and reporting on market activities.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of the pharmacy and wholesale market in Poland.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers on the chain and wholesaler side.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Independence in action and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of English.
