For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Senior Product Manager RX
Hospital Market
Place of work: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a commercial strategy for the hospital portfolio
- Preparing a marketing strategy for promoted hospital products
- Analyzing the hospital market and the company's products based on available data from IMS, NFZ, and wholesalers
- Comprehensive analysis of the hospital market in terms of the company's portfolio and the market as a whole
- Analysis of the CHPL of the company's products and those of its competitors, preparation of changes to the CHPL of medicines in relation to changes made by competitors
- Preparation of substantive communication to hospitals (pharmacists and doctors) in the case of tender inquiries in cooperation with the Medical Department
- Coordination of tactical activities of hospital KAMs (promotional materials, congresses, webinars, etc.)
- Preparation of the product launch process in cooperation with the Business Development Department
- Analysis of new drug registration processes, cooperation in the new drug registration process, acceleration of the process
- Preparation of sales forecasts, forecasts for budget processes and for headquarters
- Preparation of promotional materials for promoted hospital drugs, cooperation with speakers, establishing cooperation with KOL
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital marketing
- Solid skills in building marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
- Experience in working with and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Higher education
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of English
- Strategic thinking, business orientation
- Proactive approach to work and initiating solutions and improvements
