Technical Sales Representative
Location: Kraków
Role
We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join the sales team covering the Polish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers and acquiring new clients, particularly in the industrial and automotive sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial and technical support to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by sending offers, providing lead times, and coordinating deliveries.
- Acquire new customers through targeted sales and marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Maintain and update customer records in internal systems.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer issues or claims.
- Collaborate on the design of custom-made solutions, especially for automotive clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations on-site or at customer locations.
- Coordinate automotive sales processes, including PPAP, IMDS, and required documentation with the HQ quality team.
- Ensure order fulfillment and compliance with product standards.
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position, in sales support or sales roles.
- Technical secondary education required; a university degree will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work in sales of technical products.
- Ability to be a contributing member of a small team.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of the Polish language.
- Good command of English.
- Diligence and focus on achieving goals.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, ERP and CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
