For our Client, an international company in the consumer electronics industry, we are looking for a Candidate for the position:
Product Manager (Home Electronics)
Location: Warsaw
Working Mode: Stationary (1 day of Home Office)
Reporting to: Product Director
Scope of duties:
- Market analysis and presentation of the best recommendations that have an impact on sales
- Budget management for individual product groups and control of the use of budgets for activities related to assigned product groups
- Creating ideas and product solutions
- Creating strategic marketing for a given product
- Constant monitoring of the market situation, adapting marketing strategy to market changes
- Action to increase sales
- Cooperation with employees of other departments of the company and external service providers, ensuring the implementation of marketing strategy
- Preparation and presentation of reports on the implementation of the marketing policy according to the category
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product management (preferred category of household appliances/ AGD)
- Higher education, preferred economics, marketing, etc.
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting quantitative and qualitative quantitative information and formulating trade recommendations
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience in budget management
