Sales Director (FMCG)

We are supporting our client – an established and fast-growing company in the natural supplements and health food industry – in the recruitment of a Sales Director. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with people leadership and market insight.

Location: Warsaw | Contract Type: Employment contract or B2B
Work Model: Hybrid

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the national sales strategy across multiple channels (modern trade, e-commerce, pharmacies, specialist stores),

  • Leading, mentoring and growing a team of key account managers,

  • Building strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners,

  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities and long-term growth initiatives,

  • Monitoring sales KPIs, margins, and budget performance – and acting accordingly,

  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure commercial alignment,

  • Ensuring best-in-class execution at point of sale and optimizing promotional effectiveness,

  • Representing the company in key customer meetings and trade events,

  • Reporting to the Management Board and contributing to company-wide decision-making.

 


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role in FMCG (min. 5 years),

  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams,

  • Excellent understanding of modern retail structures and B2B dynamics,

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and results-driven approach,

  • Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills,

  • Fluent Polish and a very good command of English (min. B2+),

  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and working with sales analytics.
