CATEGORY MANAGER (Home Appliances)
(Warsaw)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing and updating short- and long-term marketing plans for the department,
-
Analyzing marketing research related to the assigned product category,
-
Supervising the execution of planned marketing activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers,
-
Ongoing monitoring of market trends and adapting the category marketing strategy to changing market conditions,
-
Managing budgets for individual product groups and controlling expenditure related to assigned categories,
-
Cooperating with employees from other business units and external partners to ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy,
-
Preparing and presenting reports on the execution of the marketing policy for the assigned category to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in category / product / brand management, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics (white goods / RTV) sector,
-
Experience in managing promotional and advertising campaigns,
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and formulate commercial recommendations,
-
Very good understanding of the sales process,
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication abilities,
-
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and strong customer orientation,
-
Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication both spoken and written,
-
Very good knowledge of market research methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.),
-
Very good knowledge of marketing techniques and tools (ATL / BTL),
-
Experience in cooperation with advertising and market research agencies,
-
University degree (preferred fields: marketing, management),
-
Practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
