For one of our Clients – a PR agency – we are looking for the Candidates for the following positions:
PR Consultant
(Warsaw)
Responsibilities:
- Independent project management for Polish and foreign clients
- Support for senior managers who coordinate projects
- Development of action strategies and their implementation
- Media work
- Creation of press materials, presentations, Q&A documents
- Development of analyses, recommendations, industry researchers, expert lectures
- Participation in the organisation of press events and special events
- Collaboration with graphic designers and potential subcontractors
- Support in the execution and accounting of budgets for the activities carried out
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Participation in new biz procedures
Requirements:
- Documented Min. 3 years of experience in corporate PR (IT sectors, new technologies- welcomed)
- Knowledge of the Polish media market, in particular of editors and journalists who write on topics related to the agency’s activities
- Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (IMM, Press Service, Brand24) is welcomed
- Experience in the implementation of nationwide communication campaigns will be an added benefit
- Very well writing skills, accuracy and systematic
- Great interpersonal skills
- An open and imaginative mind
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Program knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Willingness to learn and to bring their building block into joint projects
- English skills – very good in speech and writing
