Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for creating and executing product group sales strategies by creating and executing annual and multi-year sales plans
- Responsibility for the company's product development through market analysis
- Acquiring new customers in traditional and modern channel
- Optimization of sales channels through analysis of sales effectiveness, market analysis, determination of the target sales model and its implementation
- Taking care of the quality of cooperation with distributor(s) and customers by setting standards of cooperation, process optimization, implementation of changes
- Responsibility for product margins by adjusting sales policy and maximizing sales value under current production and market conditions
- Participate in pricing with the marketing department and create discount policies
- Conducting business negotiations and acquiring strategic customers
- Overseeing the execution of export orders in subordinate markets
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferred field of study: Management, Economics, Commerce
- Experience of at least 2 years as Export Manager, KAM, Country Manager
- Knowledge of the functioning of sales on the DACH market
- Experience working with different sales channels (DIY, Distributors)
- Knowledge of German – B2/C1 in speech and writing - necessary condition
- Knowledge of English - B2/C1
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Target and customer orientation
- Mobility, readiness for business trips
- High level of analytics
