We are currently seeking Candidates for our Client, an international and dynamically growing business in the multi-energy industry, to fill the position of:
Name of the position: Business Developer
Location: Warsaw (whole Poland)
Activities
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct & indirect sales channel
- Identification of Commercial & Industrial prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement
- Realization of commercial proposals (non-binding and binding offers) creating value for our clients
- Responsible for building and maintaining tools to industrialize our offer & process
- Following up and coordinating the project development with our partners
- Relationship management from first contact to Solar Lease or PPA contract signature
- Identification and negotiation with partners (developers, EPC, etc) for pipe acquisition
- Follow-up and monitoring of business evolutions potentially impacting the development of DG business
- Managing key accounts
Context and environment
- Ambition is to develop in the next 5 years an international leadership and profitable presence in the solar I&C market, aiming to +100 MWp in the Polish market
Accountabilities
- To meet objectives in MW awarded, MW COD and “Net Operating Income” developing B2B projects in accordance with HSE and technical standards
- To act according to policies and compliance values
- To set up and scale DG business in the country
- To meet the client’s expectation to get solar plant on their sites with good quality
Qualifications/ experience required
- High capacity for delivering objectives, success oriented
- 3 to 5 years of business development experience in solar and DG market in Poland, dealing with sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses
- Building long-term relationships and structuring pricing proposals, experience in modeling offers
- Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targets
- Master’s degree in engineering, sciences or business
- Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
- Strong office skills specially in excel modeling
- Fluency in Polish and English
