For our Client, an international petrochemical company, we are looking for a Candidate for the position:
Customer Advisor with Lithuanian
(Warsaw)
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, scan and check the compliance of the customers international invoices
- Process invoices using a specific tool dedicated to automatic data recognition to ensure good data integration into the commercial software
- Check the integrated data (product submitted to recoverable VAT or not) and input the invoice lines if necessary
- Notify to the customers in case of rejected invoices
- Participate with the registration of filling lists of fuel
- Making VAT and / or Diesel claims
- Participate in various administrative works in cooperation with the Customer Officers referring to the customer portfolio and the submission of the VAT or diesel claims
- Inform regularly supervisors and managers of the achievement of the objectives for all assignments
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Polish and Lithuanian fluent in spoken and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to adapt to technical software
- Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills;
- Attention to details
