Site Manager (Energy Construction)

 

For our Client – a company delivering investment projects in the field of industrial energy – we are looking for a candidate for the position of Site Manager, responsible for leading an investment project related to a cogeneration unit.

 

Location: Warsaw


Responsibilities

  • Managing the execution of an energy investment project delivered in the EPC / general contracting model
  • Acting as the Construction Manager in accordance with construction law requirements
  • Coordinating subcontractors and execution teams on the construction site
  • Supervising the project schedule, budget, and quality of the executed works
  • Cooperating with the project team, the investor, and investor supervision representatives
  • Supervising the implementation of technological installations related to the gas cogeneration unit
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting to the project management team
  • Managing project risks and resolving ongoing technical and organizational issues
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered in compliance with technical requirements, contractual obligations, and HSE regulations

 

Requirements

  • Higher technical education (preferably in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields)
  • Construction licenses authorizing the management of construction works
  • Experience in delivering infrastructure or energy investment projects
  • Experience in projects such as combined heat and power plants, energy installations, industrial plants, or large technological installations
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate the work of multiple subcontractors
  • Good understanding of project scheduling and project execution control
  • Ability to work in technically complex project environments
