Job Description:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to gain market share, and drive profitability targets
- Lead and provide strong leadership, training and coaching for sales and marketing teams to increase overall performance.
- Manage and review budgets, reports and forecasts.
- Manage commercial budget and resource allocation based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance of the brand.
- Execute, evaluate, and adjust rolling tactical marketing plans including both traditional and e-marketing activities.
- Manage and lead marketing and sales departments/divisions
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers
- Assess new business development projects
- Setting and validating commercial terms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Pharmacy, Medicine or Vet).
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience
- Ability to drive creative and strategic winning marketing strategies
- English – C1
- High Sales experience
- Strong People management skills
