For our Client, from the renewable industry, we are looking for a Candidate for the position:
Market development manager
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Business development of new projects in the area of partnerships - identification of off-the-shelf projects, biogas plants for sale and business partners interested in the purchase of biomethane or collection of organic waste by the client.
- Execution of short- and long-term development plans in all the above-mentioned areas) by identifying new development opportunities for the company in Poland.
- Building long-term business relationships with partners and negotiating terms of cooperation.
- Regular reporting on progress of acquired projects and customers interested in biomethane collection.
- Collaborate with the Investment and Logistics & Procurement teams to jointly review the evaluation and approval of acquired projects.
- Regular and active participation in internal and external business meetings regarding ongoing JV, M&A and other partnership opportunities related to business development in Poland.
- Analysis of market data, industry reports of the biogas and biomethane market (legal aspects).
- Active monitoring of competitor activities, new players in the industry and significant market developments.
- Absolute adherence to the organisation's procedures and safety rules.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in an independent sales and business development (B2B) role
- Ability to conduct effective business negotiations and professionalism in action
- Knowledge of the energy market - experience of at least 5 years required
- Effective team communication skills, autonomy, initiative, very good work organisation
- Higher education
- Polish language, fluent English.
