For our Client – an International Pet Food Company, we are looking for Candidates for the position:

Sales Manager – Balkans


What will you do?

As new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the Balkans market. You will represent a trusted international Pet Food brand and work closely with distributors, retail chains, and other key partners to expand our presence and strengthen customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing sales within Balkan's region;
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key customers;
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities;
  • Creating and implementing local sales plans in line with company strategy;
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction;
  • Conducting business reviews, contract negotiations, and performance follow-ups with partners.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a motivated, business-oriented professional with experience in sales or account management — ideally within the Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, or FMCG sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Balkans.
  • The position requires readiness to travel internationally.
  • Proven success in managing distributors or retail networks;
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong understanding of the Balkans market and customer dynamics;
  • Fluent in English
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
