For our Client – an international pharmaceutical company expanding its Rx/OTC portfolio in the Polish market – we are seeking a professional to take on the role of Launch Manager, responsible for the comprehensive preparation and execution of new product launch processes.
Location: Warsaw (hybrid model)
Key Responsibilities

Managing the product launch process end-to-end (pre-launch, launch, post-launch)

Developing go-to-market strategy in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

Building and executing a cross-functional launch plan (timeline, budget, KPIs, risk map)

Coordinating the preparation of promotional materials in line with compliance requirements

Cooperating with the Market Access team on reimbursement and pricing strategy (for Rx products)

Overseeing forecast accuracy and product availability

Monitoring sales performance (sell-in / sell-out) and conducting ROI analysis

Reporting to the Director of Launch Excellence / Head of Launch
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Rx and/or OTC)

Experience in managing at least 1–2 full product launches

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics (retail and hospital channels)

Cross-functional experience (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain)

Strong project management skills and ability to operate in a matrix organization

High analytical and business acumen

English proficiency at minimum B2 level
