Bid Manager (EPC projects)

For our client, a company in the energy construction industry that implements comprehensive EPC projects and modernises industrial installations, we are looking for a person for the position of:
Bid Manager

Warsaw, hybrid work


Responsibilities:

  • comprehensive management of the tendering process – from analysing enquiries to submitting the final bid,
  • coordinating the work of the tendering team, cooperating with the design, sales and operations departments,
  • developing cost estimates and calculations, preparing tender documentation,
  • risk analysis, recommending technical and financial solutions,
  • participation in negotiations and presentations of offers to clients,
  • monitoring the market and competition, initiating improvements in the bidding process.

 

Competencies and experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering in the energy, construction or industrial sector,
  • knowledge of the tendering process and FIDIC/EPC documentation,
  • ability to work with cost estimates, calculations and financial analysis,
  • good work organisation and team management skills,
  • very good English,
  • higher education in engineering or economics.
