Responsibilities:

Comprehensive HR and payroll process management, including:
-
Employee administration (including coordination with external health & safety service providers).

Benefits management.
-
Time tracking and absence management.
-
Collaboration with external payroll service providers.
-
Managing company systems (inputting and updating employee data).
-

Professional support for organization members – collaboration with Hiring Managers.
-
Streamlining HR processes.
-
Digitalization projects – AI, automation, new tools. If you see a way to do something faster and smarter, bring your ideas and initiative.

Co-creating HR strategies aligned with the group’s overall objectives – this is not purely an execution role. Your opinion matters.

Participation in other HR projects (training and development, well-being, etc.).
Client’s Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR – payroll experience is a plus.

Knowledge of regulations – labor law, social security (ZUS), taxes.

Experience with HR and payroll systems.

Communicative level of English.
-
Proficiency in MS Office.
