We are looking for an experienced and independent person for our client for the position of Head of Maintenance Department, who will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of industrial installations.
Team: approx. 10 people
Reporting to: Operations Director
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the efficient operation of industrial equipment and installations – from prevention to intervention.
- Planning, supervising and optimising inspection, maintenance and repair schedules.
- Managing the work of the technical team, developing employee competencies, setting goals and monitoring progress.
- Analysing the efficiency of machines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase productivity.
- Managing cooperation with technology and service providers, including negotiating terms and conditions and supervising service quality.
- Maintaining and supervising technical documentation and spare parts management.
- Implementing modern service tools and procedures, including ERP, SCADA and TPM methods.
- Cooperating with other departments on development and investment projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, servicing or operation of industrial/energy installations.
- Experience in team management.
- Practical knowledge of service systems and procedures (TPM, ITIL, ERP, SCADA).
- Ability to work under time pressure, make decisions and solve technical problems.
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
