We are currently seeking Candidates for our Client – a global leader in the automotive sector – for the position of:
Technical Advisor – Incident Specialist
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Scope of Responsibilities

Ensure effective communication with Incident Specialists from the Group’s Plants and Headquarters regarding technical issues occurring across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics (PL, CZ, SK, LT, LV, EE).

Prepare and submit Q-fast reports on vehicle technical failures in response to requests from Plant Incident Specialists and the Technical Centre.

Organise shipment of defective parts to the Plant or Technical Centre when required by Incident Specialists in relation to the Q-fast report.

Visit dealers performing repairs when necessary to deepen diagnostics and prepare supporting documentation.

Deliver quality-related KPI targets.

Prepare and submit Alert reports to the Plants on failures identified locally as significant in terms of safety, volume, or as new issues requiring development of repair methods or production process corrections.

Prepare and submit TOP 5 reports to the Headquarters for failures representing significant volume or reputational issues locally, requiring creation or correction of repair methods.

Cooperate with the Techline team and the Warranty Department in identifying, diagnosing and documenting issues requiring Alert or TOP reporting.

Maintain communication with New Vehicle Distribution Centres.
Candidate Requirements

Strong practical knowledge of modern automotive technology.

Knowledge of repair technologies and ability to work with OEM technical documentation.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and hands-on experience in diagnosing modern vehicles, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

Fluent English, including technical terminology, enabling effective communication and correspondence with technical departments.

Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to communicate confidently with international stakeholders. Systematic working style and mobility for dealer visits.

Higher technical education.

Practical experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair gained in an authorised service centre or in technical support roles within an automotive distributor’s dealer network.
