We are currently seeking Candidates for our Client, an international and dynamically growing company in the multi-energy industry.
Name of the position: HSEQ Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Activities
- Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment and practices in order to ensure compliance with safety and security standards and government regulations
- Investigate accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future
- Conduct safety training for all groups of employees
- Participate in the development of internal requirements (standards, procedures and rules) promoting better HSE risk management
- Ensure proper follow-up and implementation of changing legislation
- Identify health and safety hazards at local facilities and make recommendations on actions necessary to mitigate such hazards
- Evaluate working conditions and recommend improvements in safety&health, security, sustainability, methods, practices and postures.
Experience required
- Graduated in Polish safety studies (BHP)
- Master degree (technical and engineering knowledge very desirable)
- Languages: Polish C1 and English (at least) B1
- Driving License B
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as influencing skills
- Must be solution and results orientated with a curious and inquisitive nature
- Positive and proactive approach, open-minded, creativity and organizational skills
- Experience in industry or civil engineering.

- Promote and strengthen the HSE culture and behavior within the company
- Ensure the Safety Management System and Transport Management System functions properly according to world-class standards, procedures and Polish and EU law requirements
- Ability to have many business travels in Poland
- Being an ambassador of HSEQ rules and regulations.
