Scope of responsibilities:
• Overseeing the effective operation of the Project Execution Division, Technical Department, and Project Development & Management Department.
• Coordinating the evaluation and control of professional competencies.
• Proposing technical and technological improvements across the organisation.
Requirements:
• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Ability to work under time pressure and effectively identify and resolve issues.
• Communicative command of English.
