For our client, an international company in the FMCG sector, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for all HR processes in Poland.
HR Manager – FMCG
📍 Warsaw / hybrid model
Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing an HR strategy that supports the business goals of the FMCG company,
- Managing the full HR cycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, evaluation, offboarding),
- Cooperating with sales and production managers in the area of team development,
- Implementing training and development programs,
- Coordinating remuneration and benefits processes,
- Analyzing HR indicators (turnover, retention, absenteeism) and recommending optimization measures,
- Cooperation with headquarters in the area of HR policies and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including 2 years in a managerial position,
- Experience in the FMCG industry (manufacturing and sales companies welcome),
- Knowledge of labor law and market practices,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Ability to advise management and lead strategic projects,
- Analytical skills and result-oriented approach.
