Project Manager - Construction

For our Client – a general contractor delivering industrial building projects – we are seeking a candidate for the position of:

Project Manager


Industry: building construction (industrial / warehouse and production facilities)
Location: Katowice

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • full contract management (budget, schedule, quality, risks),

  • organization and supervision of the construction process in line with the Functional Utility Program (FUP) / detailed design,

  • coordination of site managers and subcontractors,

  • cost control, approval of settlements, and supervision of project cash flow,

  • participation in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers,

  • ongoing cooperation with the investor, designers, and supervision authorities,

  • reporting to the Operations Director.

 

Requirements:

  • higher technical education (civil engineering or related field),

  • minimum 5 years of experience managing building construction projects as a Project Manager,

  • experience on the general contractor side,

  • very good knowledge of construction project delivery processes in Poland,

  • proven ability to manage multi-million project budgets (min. PLN 20 million).

Unlimited construction license for managing construction works – mandatory requirement.
