Marketing Director East

Reporting line: Cluster Managing Director

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the sustainable profitability of the Group in his territory by maximizing the market share, the profitability and the customer value for the brands and products sold on the different markets in the cluster
Build the cluster sales forecast
Build, propose and monitor the M&S action plans (PAC) to achieve short-term sales objectives and free-cash-flow objectives on the different markets in the cluster
Contribute to the attractiveness of the Group Brands and Models by gathering and clarifying the customers’ needs on the different markets in the cluster
Prepare a local marketing communication strategy in line with the guidelines received by the Cluster and ensure consistency between Advertising
Promotion and the positioning of the Group’s products and brands
Develop skills and manage talents in the Marketing cluster teams

Scope of action :

Managing cluster and markets of the cluster
Product Marketing, pricing, promotion/advertising, brand image, collaboration with sales forecast team, sales results analysis
Cluster Management Committee, Marketing committees, PAC meetings, Sales meetings
