Name of the position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Wola (hybrid - 2 days of Home Office)
Activities:
- Supervision of the execution of orders
- Answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services
- Basic service calls including; billing, address change, simplistic technical support and general plan detail
- Cooperation with suppliers of logistics
- Providing information about lubricants, fuels, bitumen products
- Maintaining high-quality, long term relationships with Customers
- Acceptance, registrations of complaints from customers
- Internal reporting
- Procced respective transaction in SAP system
- Respect the company's policies and procedures implementation, notably HSEQ, compliance and ethics
- Daily close cooperation with customers and suppliers
- Compliance with internal safety regulations, internal rules of safety in the firm and the safety treatment of customers, business, and his own as a priority
Accountabilities:
- Orders proceeding and invoicing of the customers in SAP
- Providing information to customers about their prices, products and delivery conditions, etc. according to company policy
- Acceptance, registrations of complaints from customers in CRS
- Supervising timeliness of deliveries
- Close cooperation with warehouses
- Preparation of documents necessary for deliveries
- Internal reporting
- Minimization of the claims level
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Excellent customer attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to develop strong personal relations with customers
- Ability to work in the team
- Secondary education
- Level of English B2
- Creativity and organizational skills
- SAP Knowledge
