For our client, an international energy company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Energy Project Development Manager
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Managing the development process of energy projects, including wind farms, photovoltaic farms and other renewable energy sources (RES).
- Supervising the preparation of technical, environmental and legal documentation for projects.
- Coordinating cooperation with subcontractors, technology suppliers and public institutions.
- Analysing the profitability of projects, including preparing business plans and financial models.
- Managing the project team and supervising schedules and budgets.
- Representing the company in contacts with investors, business partners and regulatory authorities.
- Identifying new investment opportunities in the energy market.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, economic or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of investment processes, including obtaining permits, project financing and risk management.
- Experience in working with public institutions and knowledge of legal regulations concerning energy.
- Ability to manage a team and multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of project management and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Certificates related to project management will be an additional advantage.
